Reload a frame when click on a link in another frame

I hope I can explain this well enough for someone to help me. I have a web
page that has 3 frames. A top frame that I'm using as a navigation banner
that remains constant. I have a left frame that changes when a link in the
top frame is clicked. I have a right frame that changes when a link in the
left frame is clicked. Currently, when I click on a link in the top frame,
the left frame changes and the right frame stays the same until I click a
link in the left frame. How can I make both the left frame and the right
frame change when I click on a link in the top frame? And then be able to
click on a link in the left frame and have the right frame changed again?
