Reloading Email Address Book

My computer was running slow so I recently wiped out my hard drive and
re-loaded all my programs. Prior to this, I downloaded my email addresses on
to a memory stick and now want to upload them into my new version of Outlook.
How do I transfer the email addresses to Outlook?

Since Contact data does not exist separately from the rest of your Outlook
data, you did not do what you claim. Tell us accurately what you did. Read
