Reloading Office 2003 after a hard drive crash

Have original disk and Key. Message appears Waiting for Cabinets to be
cashed to local installation source.

Also returns:

File O1561415.cab could not be found.
If you installed MS from CD, please insert your CD (already in Drive)
If you installed over your network, please browse to the installation source..

Kids need Word for school...please help me
