Reloading Office 97

I bought a new computer and want to load my MS
Professional Edition office 97 on it. I took it off my
old computer but the cd will not allow me to reload it on
my new computer. Help!

Did the Office suite come pre-installed on the old computer? If yes, then
that is an OEM version that is forever tied to the computer on which it came
and cannot be transferred to any other computer.
