.rem has been disconnected or or does not exist on the server

Hi All,

I have created an InfoPath browser based form which has around 30
dataconnections, 15 views, involves interaction with external web
services and sql database.
I have also written my managed code.
When I try to publish my form as an administrator approved form
template, it gets published properly. But whenever I try to upload my
form template, it gives me an error as follows:

Object '/1c459bd8_4a43_41a6_bfb3_1b5d6ef10694/
fosbaxmpupbrmlfl9n596zkv_131.rem has been disconnected or or does not
exist on the server

Any ideas as to why this error is coming?
