Remaining work doesn't match what was entered

Hello!

I am having the following problem: when a resource changes remaining hours,
after the change is updated to the plan, % complete and remaining work in the
plan doesn't match % complete and remaining hours in the resource's task
view. Did anyone face something like that before? Any advice is greatly
appreciated. Thank you so much!

One possibility would be that there is more than one resource assigned to the
task. The task status reflects the combined work of all resources asigned to
the task, while an individual resource's view shoes only the status of his
assigned part of the work.

There are other possible causes, but this is the first one to consider.
