Remaining Work in Resource Usage View

please help: here's the deal..

plan A is open in resource usage view and all info is correct for bob. bob
has other tasks in other plans which should all have 0hr remaining work.
However, in these other plans his ACTUAL WORK hours are shifting into the
REMAINING work column. so in plan B where Bob should have 0hr Remaining work
and 488 Actual work; remaining work is showing 488 and Actual work is zero.
If i open these other plans this bug corrects itself. i know you arent
supposed to see actual work from other plans (unless open) but remaining work
should always be correct w/o opening the plans right?? anybody see this
before??? Thanks!!!
