remember password not working

i have windows xp, when i use outlook express and
i check remember password it does not take
i always have to retype password to send and recieve
my e-mail's DOES ANYONE HAVE A FIX

There have been several issues with passwords not being retained with
Outlook.

For all Outlook versions on Windows XP (note, this article is written for OE
