When I move an individuals email to a new computer is there any why I move
the cashe of previous email recipients along with it. I did not export
anything when I moved the email - just moved the data files.

There is no cache of email recipients, there is a 'username'.nk2 file which
holds addresses you have used/typed in the To box

The attached article was very helpful. I was able to find the NK2 file on my
computer at home, but can't do so here at work. We are using Exchange -
would this make any difference? I have checked and rechecked my view types
and they are correct. Do you have any suggestions?

As long as "Suggest names when typing..." is enabled, Outlook should create an
NK2 file regardless of the account type. Open Windows Explorer and enter
%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook in the Address field. Click Go. Do you see it?
