remiders set in opportunities to not migrate to other users?

we have BCM2007 installed across two PC's. I have noticed that the master PC
(where db is installed) can set the remiders for an opportunity and this
shows up on the other PC (slave) but it does not work the other way round -
slave sets reminder on opportunity but is not updated on the other PC. I just
thought I would add that all other items can be updated and sync'd with no
problem....
