When I try to set an appointment in Calendar and select Save and Close, I get
a message "The riminder for "test" will not appear because the item is not in
your Calendar or Tasks folder. Is this OK?" As a result, I have to answer
yes, and then the alarm will not function. How do I correct this problem?

Set the appointment in your default task or calendar folder, not a user
created one.

Thanks for the response,Mille, that seems to work! I was actually trying to
add an appointment to an archived Calendar.... that didn't work...duh!
