reminder not on top

Is there a way to make the reminder show up on top when I'm working on other
tasks,

Doesn't the reminder handle on the Taskbar flash to notify you?

I may not notice it for a long while.

I don't think that there's any way to force the reminder window to pop up
over your current window, stealing the focus from it. But, if there is,
someone else will chime in, I expect.

If you ever find a solution please let me know. I would love to make this
happen in Outlook 2007 as well. I can't even find a third part tool to force
this, and it is very frustrating. There should be be one more option in
Outlook reminder settings "Display on top of all windows"
