reminder on contact form

I am trying to add a reminder like the one in tasks to a customized contact
form. The Task form has a separate box for date and time. I've added the
Reminder field from Tasks from my field chooser to my form. I've used the
date/time picker control, and bound them to the reminder time, however, both
show only the date, not a time choice. I've surfed and searched, and can't
find the answer!

I found my answer, thanks anyhow! After hours of searching, the microsoft
site mentioned here told me all about date, time picker.

Now, question is, can I set more than one reminder on a form?

No. Each item can have one and only one reminder.
