Reminder options for delegates

Jason

We have a secretary who handles her attorney's calendar
and would like to receive a notification message for items
in his calendar. So far I've tried giving her rights to
his calendar up to owner, giving her full mailbox rights
on Exchange and giving her full security permissions, all
to not avail. Any suggestions? Can this even be done?

Thanks

Jason

Jason,

In the attorney's Outlook profile, go to Tools, Options, then click
Delegates, click Add and select the assistant from the GAL. On the next
screen select the necessary permissions and make sure you check "Delegate
receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me". Click OK. Now, on
the original screen you have the option of sending all meeting requests to
delegate and not to the mailbox owner. Ask the attorney which he/she
prefers.

Thanks!
