Reminder window won't show dropdown list

I have lots of reminders in Entourage, but when the purple reminder window
pops up, it won't allow me to view the drop down window -- instead, even if
I click on the down arrow, it snoozes the reminder for the default amount of
time. Anybody know a fix for this?

It's a big sensitive. Try click-hold to get the list.
