Reminder Windows Error

Hi,

I'm having issue with my Outlook Reminder Windows recently.
It wont pop/prompt me for any reminder/meeting/follow up task.
Called the IT and they asked me to run this cmd --> outlook /cleanreminders

It helped once in a while... and sometime it failed...
It is very inconvenient and definitely inefficient as I am missing some
tasks due to no reminder given.
and this issue keeps coming back after fixed for 2~3days.
Pls Help.
