Reminder

Is it possible when I am composing a message to send to someone that I tell
Outlook I want you to remind me to follow up on this message I sent 2 weeks
from now. When I send some messages to people they don't always reply this
way I can set myself a reminder - is this possible?

I am running Outlook 2003 SP1, stand alone (internet email only).
