User A created/sent a calendar appointment for 10:00am on June 13th 2006 (on
June 9th 2006) and invited User B. The reminder was set for 15 minutes
before.
Today (June 13th) User B's event reminder popped up at 10:58am nearly an
hour AFTER the appointment and nearly 1.25 hours after the reminder should
have fired. User A's event also fired over an hour late.
User A admitted to seeing the issue before sometimes being as late as 48
hours.
User A is using Outlook XP, User B is using Outlook 2003, both are fully
patched and packed.
Both use the same fully patched Exchange 2003 enterprise server (that I also
use - and have never had this trouble).
My first thought was to start with User A's machine since she sent the
original appointment, and experiences the issue more frequently. Maybe a
/cleanreminders command line to delete and recreate teh reminders.
Anyone have a similar experience, solution or workaround?
Thanks!
