Reminders for future events

I have found in MS Office Oline that in Access you can set reminders for future events. I need to set this for 3 years time. I have made a query but this needs running. I have put a shortcut on the desktop. I would like to be reminded automatically when I start up my computer that I need to contact someone on the results of the query

Thanks

Assuming you're not loading MS Outlook, whose Calendar and
Task managers both support timed, even recurring
reminders, you can place Access in your Startup folder,
and autoload your application (Tools, Startup).
