Reminders Not Working Properly in Outlook 2000

Appointment reminders do not pop up unless Calendar is the
active window (very strange indeed) which sort of defeats
the advantage of the reminder option. I have checked and
rechecked that all reminder options are properly
configured. Any ideas?

You might try restarting Outlook with the /Cleanreminders switch and see if
that helps.

What operating system are you running?
