Reminders not working

Gang,
Thanks in advance for your help. I have a user that reminders stopped
working in her local calendar. I have NOT tried deleting her profile,
or deleting her inbox, or reinstalling Outlook. However I have tried
setting different types of reminders with no success. I also ran the
"/cleanreminders" switch without success? Anything else anybody can
provide would be awesome!

I am having the exact same problem.

The user is able to get reminders working aftyer they open
outlook, cloise it then re open it.

/cleanreminders also did not resolve
