Reminders/task lists

Does anyone know if it is possible for Access to create
a "task" and place it into Outlook? Or is there some way
to create a reminder for staff based on a date of entry
and then remind them of a follow-up in 7 days?

I got this from a previous post.

"From Access, open an Outlook appointment, fill in the main
data, then open the appointment for the notes:

It does work with Exchange 2000 and 2003, I haven't tested
it with 5.5."
