Reminders Will Not Pop Up Any Longer

Hello--

We have one user running Outlook 2003 with SP3 on Windows XP Pro with SP3
and even when her calender items have reminders selected, when the scheduled
time arrives, the reminder will not pop-up. The client seems to believe that
it stopped working around the time that her Dynamics Great Plains 8 was
upgraded to version 10--but cannot be sure. We upgraded other clients and
they don't seem to be having this issue.

Any help is appreciated.
