The opportunity form allows you to set a reminder for follow-up. In our
case, our inside sales staff will do a quote and assign the opportunity to
one of our outside sales managers. It makes sense that the assigned person
is who receives the reminder, not the person who completes the form, but
unfortunately it appears the reminder is not associated with the person
assigned the opportunity.
Is this right or am I missing something? Is there a fix to this...seems
like pretty basic stuff here.
