Reminders

A secratary manages 2 executive calanders in outlook 2003, she would like the reminders for all 3 calanders to pop up, (hers, exec1, exec2) In the outlook client she has all the mailboxes open and the calanders open in multiview. Only her reminders pop up. Is this by design?

Yes only Reminders that are in certain folders and only in the users
mailbox, one solution is a third party product listed here
http://www.slovaktech.com/remindermanager.htm but it will depend on how you
are accessing the other calendars, i.e. by opening up their mailbox or via
Open > other users folder!
