Reminders

Hello, I have a user with Outlook 98 and we cannot get Reminders to appear at
the set times. I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook,
including the removal of mapi files that do not get removed during a general
uninstall. Anyone run into this before? Thank you.
