First, In the future this question or one like it would
best be posted in the Excel groups. However, what you
want to do is use Conditional Formating on the date cells
that can compare those dates to the current date. The
Excel help files should be able to help you with the

Acct. Team to be profiled in column B. Approx. one week
from now, I have to follow-up to make sure a new acct has

acct's a week and it's a lot to follow up and would
