Remote Access Control

I have a Web Server which has a static IP. The IP is used for both Web and
Remote Control to connect.
I feel that it is very insecure as my web end-users know the IP address,
they will try to connect to my server IP and using the remote control
desktop trying to login as administrator.

I want to know any tools or solutions which only allows several IP to
connect server with remote control or blacklisted unauthorized access IP.

I can't find any information from your site. By the way, I am not asking
for the Microsoft Office - Access but it should be the remote control
access - remote connect
