Hi,
I have setup a single server installation of Microsoft Project 2003
with SQL Server and STS. I would like to allow users to log in from the
internet so I set up a VPN. So far this is what I have seen:
Users from within the domain can log in via PWA or MPP
Machines that previously logged in on the domain can log in
automatically from the internet via PWA
Machines that have not logged in previously from the domain are
prompted for a username/password (For STS instead of Project-
not sure why)
My objective is to be able to allow customers outside the company to
view certain project statuses with the least possible configuration
required on their part.
I'm sure that I need to provide additional information to get an
answer, but I'm not sure what to provide, so ask away and I'll give you
what I know.
Thanks,
John
