Remote email Outlook 2000

Can I use my Outlook 2000 email account from a location other than home? I
remember when I worked for a company that let us sign in to a website to
check our client email remotely. How can I do this?

That is a feature that is enabled using Exchange and is not actually an
Outlook feature.

If you have Exchange, then you can use Outlook Web Access to access your
mail. If not, you will need to use your ISP's web interface if they offer
it.
