We are running Exchange 5.5 with Outlook 2000 on our
network. We have a user that likes the performance
properties of Remote Mail, so they choose this over
offline folders. The problem that they are having is that
the free/busy data is syncing correctly, but the
appointments that are actually in his calendar show
different data.
For example, if I go to view his calendar for a particular
day, it would show several appointments scatterred through
the day with free time, in which these appointments are
not valid. If I create a meeting request and check his
free/busy data, it shows the whole day as being busy,
which is correct. In Summary, what it should be showing
is 1 appointment that shows busy all day. Thanks in
advance for any help.
