Remote Site fails to Connect

Srangeness ... this &used* to work just fine. I have 2 machines with FP2003
installed. On 1 machine, I can Connect to the Remote site just fine. The
other machine now consistently fails. When I click on REMOTE SITE PROPERTIES
and enter the valid URL, I get a generic error that states "Unable to Open
www........" Server error - could not find a Web Server @ www... etc..
Talks about Port 80 and other possible issues...

The wierd thing is that this worked fine 6 days ago. I cannot find any hint
of what the problem is. I reviewd the Event Viewer which tells me nothing
about this problem. The only thing I *did* was install .NET 2.0 framework
just 2 days ago. Could THAT have introduced something? Where do I look to see
why this is now fialing to Connect?

Thanks so much.

Did you update to Net 2.0 on the remote server or you local machine?

Local machine ... as a last resort I also blew away FP2003 and reinstalled it
.... The Remote is an ISP server (Netowrk Solutions Inc)....

That was to be my last resort.... I'll touch basis with my ISP first, then go
that route. Thanks
