remote site properties

I've had frontpage 2003 for a couple years and recently when I wanted to
update my site I wasn't able to get the remote web site part to work. It says
I need to do a remote web site property. I've tried different things with no
avail. Please give me very detailed, easy to understand instructions b/c I'm
not the greatest computer person. TIA

First of all, give us details of the steps you tried.

In the web site part of FP I have the different files, etc. I changed a page
and wanted to update it so I clicked on the remote web site at the bottom.
When I do that it asks for my password. This what I've always done, but at
this point it says to click on "Remote Web Site Properties" to set up a
remote web site. I've clicked on that and it has four options and mine is
marked FTP, but there are 3 other options, FP or sharepoint services,
webDAV, or file system. The remote site location says ftp://(my website).com.
I've tried all of them, but its not helping. I'm at a standstill now. Thanks
for your reply.
