remote user with Outlook who use high speed connections

After the MSBlaster worm, none of my remote users can access their email
using Outlook through their high speed internet connection. I assume it is
because ISP's are blocking the 135 port now. Does anyone know if there is a
way around this? I know Web access is one way but my users would rather
just use Outlook and I don't want to configure them to use Outlook Express.
I wish I could get my hands on the jerk that created MSBLASTER!

Your other option is to have the users VPN into your network.
