Remote voice capability in OC 2007?

Here's the hypothetical scenario:
I'm in a remote office on the same domain as my pc across town in the
company headquarters. The pc i'm using has a stereo headset with Mic, but OC
is NOT installed.

I remote into my pc across town to send an IM on OC 2007 to one of the tech
guys to research an issue.

Said tech guy asks that I give him a call on OC so we can talk about it via
voice.

Question:
Is it possible to remote into a machine that has OC installed and use voice
capabilities THROUGH said remote session?
