remote web site

I manage 2 sites from my frontpage 2003 program. I can log into the remote
website server of one of the sites, but I cannot login to the server of the
second web site. How can I enable the remote website properties to connect to
my server?

Have you talk to the web host of the site you can open in FP? The site must have the FP extensions
installed.

Yes, I talked to the server tech and they do have FP extensions. They said
it must be a problem with my program. When I try to get the remote server, I
get a info screen that says the server may be out of service, or the proxy
settings may be incorrect or an error in the FTP server. The server is the
same for both sites, login is different as they are 2 separate accounts.

It doesn't matter if the server is the same, as the FP extensions must be applied to each individual
web hosting account by the web host or via control panel, etc.

To open a site in FP, you must always use http, never use FTP with a FP enabled account as that will
more then likely corrupt the extensions, which then must repaired/re-installed by the web host.

FTP will corrupt the extensions, which might be why you can't get into the
web - you must HTTP publish and that requires the extensions in working
order.

Also, you need to open the web you want to work with (whether at local or
remote level) if you open a local web on your HDD, then it should be saving
the remote web details, and for each web you open and work in the remote web
should be that associated with the local web.
