Removal of Office 2000 after installing Office 2003 Professional

I'm trying to clean up my hard drive to create more space and noticed that
Office 2000 is still on my computer. Will I cause any loss of data or affect
operations of Office 2003 Prof if I remove Office 2000 prof using the Control
Panel - Add and Remove Programs.?
Thanks

TS in Asia,
By removing your previous version you will loose any programs not included
in Office 2003. You could remove Office 2000 and do a custom install of only
those not included in your current version.
You would need to re-apply updates to custom installed Office 2000 programs.
