Removal of Office 2007 Beta

I would like to remove 2007 beta and return to a previous version of office.
How can I complete this? Will I be able to without any extra data loss?

Make sure to save all your files in the 97-2003 file formats.
Then try uninstall first. If this doesn't work, use System Restore to
restore your system prior to installing Beta 2. The problem product with
uninstall is Outlook. Keep in mind though that if you installed Outlook
2007, you need to reinstall Outlook 2003 as it was automatically
removed. If you have problems after reinstalling 2003 or cannot do it,
use System Restore.
