remove a background picture

K

KateB

Hi everyone,

A colleague has somehow managed to accidentally install a picture (from the
internet) so that when she does ctrl/alt/delete it is visible in the
background (behind the log off, task manager etc window). It is not visible
at any other time. It is not the desktop or screen saver.

We can't find a way to remove it, our IT dept can't do it either (they're
the ones saying it has to come off!) We have tried searching for pictures to
delete it but can't find it. Does anyone have a suggestion of what else to
try?

Many thanks

Kate

Sorry - was this a solution to our problem? If so I really don't understand!
Its not a word document - it is the background when the windows security
window is visible.

Well, this would have nothing to do with MS Office, would it? Try a
newsgroup for the Operating System?

Well, not being a techie I wouldn't know that - I am just trying to help out
a colleague. I thought someone on here may offer help. I'm sorry to have
bothered you.
