remove all hyperlink from copied text

[removing hyperlinks from copied text]

I copied several pages of text from the internet and the text contained
numerous hyperliks. I want to remove all the hyperlinks at once. I can
remove them one hyperlink at a time. How can I clean up the whole document
at once?
