Remove and reinstal outlook

I would like to remove outlook (not express) and reinstall it because it
isn't working properly but I cannot find it in the add/remove programs or
add/remove windows components

If OL was installed as part of Office you have to modify the Office
installation and remove OL there.
Note: removing OL because 'it isn't working properly' wont necessarily fix
anything, you might find more help by posting your exact problems, and the
version of OL

and maybe you will be able to help, because this idea of unistall and
reinstall is just what I was thinking would solve my problem too.
