remove angle brackets from email addresses in Outlook

How can I disable the angle brackets which appear round the email address in
the To field. All I want to see is the person's Display Name, not his email
address in angle brackets.

Open Outlook and go to 'Contacts'
Open the contact you want to remove the <address> from
Look for 'Display as' and enter the name as you want to see it
Save and Close
Repeat as necessary
