Remove browsed pages record from Insert hyperlink list

How do I remove the "brosed pages" records from
the "insert hyperlink list" please?

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options and click the
Clear History button. You may have to close and reopen Word. Also,
I've found that this doesn't always *completely* clear the list.
