Remove Business Contact Manager wizard from Office 2007

New Office 2007 User

I installed Office 2007 upgrade but didn't have Business Contact Mgr 2003
installed. The wizard for Business Contact Manager tries to run everytime I
open Word or Outlook. I can't stop it. I can't uninstall Bus Contact Mgr as
it isn't installed. if I try to install it so I can then "remove" it it
gives error message due to lack of 2003 version of Business Contact Manager.
How do I get rid of this annoying wizard?
