Remove "Cannot be blank" pop up

Hi All

Is there a way to remove the screen tip Cannot be blank. On a browser
enabled form - it looks big and ugly and my users don't like it. Some fields
are required. Itis a simple form with no code behind. Any help is greatly
appreciated.

Either don't make it required or use a content editor web part to add
client-side javascript to disable it.

I need those fields to be required before the user hits the submit button.
Should I have the content editor web part on the infopath form library? Do
you have the javascript for this...

I haven't tried it myself, but others seem to have found a workaround. You
