Remove cc line in Outlook

I want to send messages through Outlook 2003, but I don't
want them to have a blank cc line. I don't want that
line to show up at all.

How do I remove that line?

Jeanne:

Unless you enter a value in the cc line in the mail item, the cc property
will not show up in the mail header as it is sent to the recipient. If you
don't want to view the CC line when you are sending mail then with a mail
item open select the View menu and click "Message Header"
