Remove company LOGO

I have a document with the company logo at the top of the page.

How do I remove it?

I also want to copy the boxes and headings. I tried cutting/copying and
pasting. Only the text was pasted and not the shading nor color. The text
copied was left justified in the new document. It was centered in the old
doc.

How do I copy those boxes and headings?

To remove the logo, click on it and press Delete.
