Remove Created By column from Forms Lib?

Hi -

We want to provide an anonymous feedback forum. Ideal would be Anon Sender
to a specific functional mailbox, but sending anonymous emails is a security
issue and not allowed in our company. We're also not allowed to use any
back-end CGI script for that anymore.

I thought of creating an InfoPath Feedback form that would post to a private
library. But I remembered the Created By and Modified By columns are default
columns. So while we may not "show" those columns on the page, any savvy
SharePoint user would know that we COULD add it to the View at any time to
see who posted what.

Is there a way to DELETE the Created By and Modified By columns, or have
them pre-fill with **** or Anonymous our something?

Yes, it is possible *not* to show the created by and modified by columns on the page.

To do so:
- While you are inside a form library, click on "Modify Settings and Columns"
- Under "Views" section, select "All Forms"
- Under "Columns", uncheck the Created By and Modified By fields.
- Once you are done with that click OK.
- Test

see who posted what." I know how not to "show" it on the page - and I'm
saying that anybody who's familiar with SharePoint would know we could go in
and add those columns to thew view at any time - so they wouldn't trust their
anonymity.

I'm asking if there's a way to DELETE them altogether as the defaults from
one Forms Library.
