Remove custome Enterprise Project Number?

I had an Enterprise Project Number custom defined with a formula and
graphical indicator. Turns out the formula gave incorrect values and we
found a preferred way to represent the data, so the enterprise custom field
is no longer needed...

I've removed the 'rename', removed the formula, undone the graphical
indicators, etc. Now the un-renamed enterprise project number still shows up
in the Project Information dialogue box with a vaule of 0. Anyway to get rid
of this?
