Remove Default Text in New Messages

When we right click on any file and go to send to mail recepient, it opens a
new e-mail message window of MS Outlook with a default subject and some text
written which is:

"The message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments:

New E-Mail Text


Note: To protect against computer viruses, e-mail programs may prevent
sending or receiving certain types of file attachments. Check your e-mail
security settings to determine how attachments are handled."


Can we change this default behaviour?

No, it is hard coded in a DLL file.
